Worst Customer Service. I bought a Zero Haliburton Aluminum luggage for repair since 2nd april, since the wheel splits into two. Although the bag covers warranty. The sales Agent Yehia (watch out for him) hesitantly says he will make a report and update me. Fast forward 12apr still nothing and the reason of this fellow is that his internet and system is down. I have no one to turn to and find justice for it. I regretted buying 4 aluminum bags with them, because its like buying a 2800-3500++ bag without warranty.
