Amazing new collection and some items on sale as well.

Very disappointing, had to change the phone holder for a new as one og the crystals fell, the lady removed it and that's what you get. She tried to clean it off but of course you can see the result ( scarteches on the cover itself ). I wish the policy was to get a new phone holder without removing the old one (it only costs 60$).

Told the lady in the shop to ask her manager to call me but of course no call or even a follow up.

Not impressed with the policy neither the customer service.

When I bought the necklace it cames with warranty 2 years
When I come for fixing it they told discontinued without even checking when did I bought it ,, moreover he asked me to fixed it other shops ???? why should I buy from swarovski if there is no way to fix their peices

There's no repair service for the price you pay. This being a gift store one would think they'd have a repair service as these items will have a sentimental value to the receiver.

If item gets damaged within 2 yrs of purchase it will be replaced but if that time has lapsed NO LUCK to have your item fixed.
