Took my adopted stray cat here for the first time in Oct 2022. From then on, Dr Belal has been my cat's favorite vet and surprisingly my cat loves him too. Very professional, and providing information with regards to being new pet parent was an eye opener. I highly recommend BVC to all pet parent.

When i brought my cat there, they told us it would be 1500-3000 dirhams and made me pay 1500 deposit. Of course this was already very expensive but we pay it. Then we get an invoice to pay a bit over 6000 dirhams .
They are just up-charging the prices. Nothing special , ended up paying 2000 dirhams for a few scans , oxygen. In the end they didn’t solve anything with the 2000 dirhams we paid.
Unreasonable prices , wouldn’t recommend.

I recently visited British Vet Clinique and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and professionalism provided by their team. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
The clinic was well-maintained and clean, and the waiting area was comfortable and relaxing. I appreciated the attention to detail and the personalized care I received from the veterinary team. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.
I also appreciated their expertise and the care they showed towards my pet. They were thorough in their examination and treatment, and made sure to keep me informed throughout the process. My pet received top-notch care and I left the clinic feeling reassured and confident in their abilities.
Overall, I highly recommend British Vet Clinique to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and caring veterinary clinic. I would like to thank the team at BVC for helping me relocate my cat to Australia. The whole process, very long flight and quarantine were scaring me as much as they were scaring my cat. However, Safa and the medical team were very helpful, reassuring, gave proper advice and went extra mile to make my cat as comfortable as possible during his journey and quarantine stay.

My 7 year old pomeranian dog, Theo, was referred to the British Vet for an endoscopy. The treatment we received since the very beginning was amazing. The receptionists were competent, fast and helped a lot. The vet was extremely kind, very competent, explained everything carefully and made me feel confident and at ease. And the procedure went well, great recovery and support. Definitely recommend.

We have dealt with BVC for three international moves the latest wasn’t even their responsibility as they didn’t arrange it therefore no financial reward, knowing this they still went above and beyond to help. Our thanks go especially to Zoe and to Dr Rachel, if everybody went about their business like these two there wouldn’t be a single customer complaint in the world! Five stars aren’t really enough!

Everyone is amazing. We were referred here a few times for ortho, neuro, dental issue. Although we live in dubai, it’s definitely worth the travel. They have a great team including receptionist, nurses and surgeons! My dog had a complication during last General Anesthesia a month ago at another clinic in Dubai, doctors not sure why it happened. But just a month later we did a dental scaling here (possible root canal treatment but in the end doctor find out it’s not needed) under anesthesia and everything went well! I cannot describe how nervous I was while waiting to pick him up and how happy when I got the call quickly that my dog is ready to go home!
I wouldn’t say it’s more expensive than the one we went to in Dubai, but definitely more professional!
