Worst branch of Broccoli, horrible customer service, food was delivered almost 1 hour late, they burnt the chicken (check the photo) and one the pastas was missing the most important add on (which we paid for) my child did not eat his food, we eded having to throw most of the food. Dont think we will ever order from broccoli again!

Worst experience to get the pizza through online. I have placed an online order and waited till 45 minutes as "told" by their customer care representative (online number) and later they have denied the order (even after taking the money).

Very bad customer service , today I went morning to redeem smiles voucher he told that this voucher is not working in public holidays ???? , then I told him today is not public holiday but he told the system is blocked and this the second time to happen with the same staff. For sure this will be last visit to this bad restaurant.

The guy there is very rude , unpleasant and unprofessional, I went there with smiles coupon, he refused to process the order saying that they don't accept smiles on public holidays.
Although today is Sunday and not a public holiday.

Rude staff. Asked to use brown pasta to make it.. he forgot and prepared another one again. Forgot to give me the slice of bread with the pasta. When asked Arjun tells me that i already got 1+1 free with the smiles offer. Very rude staff.. Management should hire customer friendly staff

We tried their delicious
????Chicken caesar salad
????Dynamite chicken pizza
????Spicy chicken ranch pizza
????Cheese pizza

The food was all freshly prepared;
????Salad was crisp and fresh.
????Dynamite chicken pizza had this particular smokey flavour with perfect balance of cheese.
????Spicy ranch pizza was overloaded with flavours and cheese..the sauce was oozing and there was flawless freshness that can easily be sensed.
????Cheese pizza was loved by children.

This is the first and last time I will order from this restaurant. When you go inside the restaurant it would appear to you. Everything is fresh but Actually it is not The pasta stinks like there is something expired and it smells so bad. The chicken stinks. Be careful everyone for your health and money.
