Was initially going for a dine-in but in term of ambiance, let’s just say it became a bit too chaotic… Regardless, the food was alright. BBQ sauce tasted a bit too artificial-like and so did the cheese. However, I did like their mozzarella sticks and it’s budget friendly so I added an extra star.

This is my experience, I live close to this burger king branch and I honestly think they are doing much better than the last two years for example they don't get my order wrong the food just makes me feel like ordering again. I highly appreciate the quick service they only take like 10-20 minutes for my food to be done no matter how big it is. I am not sure if they do this often but they once gave me 2 free oreo fusion sundae when I ordered for my friend and I. 2 years ago the worker there did not give me my change and was arguing that was the only bad thing I saw in this burger king branch. Overall I recommend this burger king branch for anyone and yeah I don't think there are any problems.

Unfortunately they mess up order very often when taken through drive through. The sauce to my Cesar's salad has been forgotten more than once, you order curly fries but get regular, etc. The frequency of mistakes is too high to overlook.

Visited the branch for takeaway.
Was being served by one lady(Bushra) but a "female team leader" was assisting her. No problem
She then went to serve someone else and a gentlemen Ahmed came over and started to help her.
Then the team leader was back....
Then they both starting questioning the order and what had been ordered and if it was this or that.
She was perfectly capable and had done the order but these 2 people interfering was confusing and annoying
1 person should help not 2 and don't leave and come back .

Bushra got the order correct when alone and was coping well .the other 2 confused me so I am sure it was confusing for her.

THE WORST BURGER KING BRANCH WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

A worker called (Deepa) kept rushing us while ordering even though there was no car waiting behind us, she kept getting our order wrong, she threw the receipt paper in our face, she had the worst attitude ever whenever we wanted to add/remove something in our order.

I do not recommend ordering from this branch at all. And after looking at the reviews written, I believe this is not a one-time thing, this should definitely be looked at and changed.

The most dirty and disgusting restaurant in Khalifa city, every time I order from Khalifa City branch I have bad experience with my orders, but the most recent and that will make me nevvvvvvvver order again from Burger King is the mucus that I found on both the sandwich wrap and lettuce box ???????? This is an unforgivable mistake
