Very poor customer service.
Especially the guy in counter 6 afternoon shift. Very poor attitude by the guy when I went to open a new account today. I visited twice for opening new account. If this is the attitude towards new customers, I can imagine how their attitude would be towards existing ones.

Extremely disappointed with this branch. I have requested for a liability letter on the 2nd of March and they keep delaying me. First because I had to sign a paper which wasn’t “ready”. I waited for an hour when I decided to go home and return the next day when, as I was informed, my paper would be ready. The next day the paper wasn’t ready, again, and I was asked to come another day. I had to get upset for them to resolve my issue.I waited for one week for my liability letter to be ready and when I visited the branch to pick it up I was told that I was supposed to come before 2:30 P.M. Why wasn’t I informed about this when I was at the branch or through the sms? How am I supposed to know their schedule?
I keep on paying money for the taxi to visit this branch, my time is being wasted as well as my money. Either the employees are not willing to do their job or they are doing it on purpose to delay the process.
No customer service skills, no respect for the customer’s time and energy, no intention to solve an issue unless you start shouting/arguing. Horrible.

Very bad customer service employee are setting working in their computer and the customer waiting as shown 0 customer met waiting and I’m priority too been setting here for 20 min and no one called me

The branch service dropped massively recently - you wait for 30mins to get a bank statement with 2 customers ahead of you! So bad
