I visited this place Feb 2023, during my transit while waiting for my next flight.

As I entered, long queue, only two tills and they don’t have touchscreen self order system.

People were seating early to reserve their seat.

After about good 20-25mins… we placed an order. We got our food, about £10.84 for Mexican mix Fries and 10 Nuggets. Good was serviced with 2 minutes after placing. It wasn’t hot, just about warm enough to eat.

Tablet was dirty so I had to grab tissues and clean my self.

Chips were little okay but like I said it wasn’t hot hot… just little warm.

They need to more staff for quick service, they need to improve food quality and servicing as well.

For vegetarians, they offer a panner burger ???? which is super delicious ???? and will cost you 29AED approximately, and for meal, including coke and superb fries, will cost you 42AED. Staff is very friendly and the place is very hygenic.

24 hour store, yet no breakfast menu. I'd expect more from an airport location.

The menu offered us very limited and expensive.

Don't expect smiles here, service person was very unenthusiastic and showed absolutely no interest in the customer.

Even the dining room person when I was returning the tray had a blank stare.

No I've in the drinks, and over 30c outside.

No kiosk or digital ordering.

Good burgers! Been here few times never disappointed really crowded due to airport traffic but definitely worth the wait. Fries taste like they were cooked in old oil.

Extremely rude staff. Ordered 6 Double Whoppers and all were dry. On top: there was hair in the burger. I gave them the hair, but they wanted proof that it came out of the burger in an EXTREMELY RUDE way. I will NEVER come back here again!

Absolutely zero taste and quality. The salad was burnt and had a foul smell. They did not bother to properly cut the lettuce. Never ever again.

Had the pleasure of finally trying halal chicken from Burger King as it is not available in uk. It was amazing. Staff are extremely polite and helpful.

Worst experience I bought almost 11 kuwait dinars different items and they give
Only 2 ketchup , supervisor Aminul himself he said that is the only we can give if need 1 more ketchu u need to pay . Need u to take care of such service
