Poor service. My flight from cebu pacific was canceled twice and the 3 visit visa of family expired due to cancellations of flights .I told that Indian guy to refund my ticket and he's not even helpful at all.hes talking rude and not responding to my messages .I visited their office and he just gave me the number of cebu pacific office in dubai and walked out on me.everytime I send him a message for follow up for the refund he's just ignoring me.he didn't even refund my dummy ticket as well.i will not recommend this travel agency at all.

I recently extended my visa and the service was excellent. I was surprised to see these negative reviews, so I talked to the manager about it. He explained that these negative reviews are from customers whose flights got canceled due to the pandemic and were demanding refunds. He was unable to open his office for 4 months due to the government rule and was unable to provide the refund but once it opened he refunded all the money. I don't understand how people can't understand this situation during this pandemic crisis.

It was the worst experience I had with this agency,I had taken my friend to book a ticket & the guy name Rafi dint even explain us about the details of ticket and kept quite until we paid our money. He actually cheated with us. I never recommend this agency.its really worst.

Worst agency saying different for visa process and after asking extra money for visa otherwise no process will done wasting time of customer and money charging extra..

The ticket fares are so low, one of the best deals in Abu Dhabi. My visa also got processed in just one day time.

Worst travel agency...still not returning my refund on my ticket.its been a year since i buy those tickets up to now...no response in any messages
