This Agency is cheat and fraud. They promise for the package and services and never deliver it. Owner and his team are big scammers. Very Pathetic agency, worst service ever experienced in my life.
They took the money for the package and didn't even book the ticket, neither they arrange the visa. Upon probing for the details they refused to share and blocked my number so that I could not communicate further. No refund at all for anything. Their front office are freshers who doesn't know anything else but to irritate customer. There have been two instances where I have found these agency as fraud. One of my friend also reported the same issue recently and he also has initiated legal action against this fraud organisation. I wish I could give them minus rating...

If there was an option of negative marking then I would've negative marked this agency. This is the worst agency. They'll assure you for a tour and they'll take all your money you won't get the tour neither they'll refund you. My family was about to go Georgia but these thiefs ruined their vacation. My little sister was legit crying for 2 days straight. They are fake and fraud and a cheat. How can someone take anyone's money illegally and have fun with that money. WE CURSE YOU GUYS. I'm not gonna stay quiet you guys have to return the money as soon as possible or else I'll make sure your agency goes down and down. CHEAT CHEAT CHEAT

This organisation is a complete fraud.. I have all the reasons to explain why I am calling them fraud.
1. I applied for a visit visa for UAE for which I waited about 10 working days and after following up for several times I got it and the reason I got from them is for first time it's always late whereas they were not aware that I had previously availed the visa on the same passport twice in less time and cheap price for what they have charged me.
2. I inquire about the holiday package with them, they offered a lucrative deal. However I informed them in the first hand about the visa status for the destination country and these guys promised for visa and ticket, hotel and tour and they charged a handsome amount for that. After an hour I got a call from their office that I need to pay more as the flight ticket price has gone high. Where in the world consumer pays extra for the package they have already paid for? still being a supportive customer I checked online for the flight tickets to my surprise I found out that it was way cheaper then what they has charged me. So immediately asked them and they replied that sir you please proceed with the booking and we will refund the ticket money to you. So i did book the ticket and shared the booking receipt with them for which they have not yet refunded a single penny.
3. I received my travel document a day before travelling, post checking I found out that visas are missing. I contacted the agency to inquire about the visa and I got a response as an invitation letter will act as visa, and for same reason I and my family was refrained from boarding the flight. I called the agency from the airport and got to know that they have blocked my number, tried contacting landline no one responded.
4. One of their agent responded to my emails saying we will refund all your money as decided by the management. However I haven't got any thing so far. I went to their office and one of the lady says you should not be getting refund as we have paid to all the service provider. For which I have the listed facts down below which proves her a big lair
1. Her company representative says we are getting flight tickets expensive, then who else they have paid for flight ticket?
2. Hotel booking I received has the option of payment on arrival and pre-cancellation option, then how come these guys can pay it all in advance are they running business or just fooling the customers to extract money.
3. They fail to provide visa as the visa got rejected by the embassy as the same lady says, for which they do not have any evidence to support and how come a travel agency can make a payment to all the suppliers without knowing the visa status. Only if they are new in the business or if they never made any payment.
4. One of the crystal clear lie of that lady is that, they have paid the ticket money to some other supplier for booking for which they have request for refund and they are waiting for it. I have conversation from her office people and MD stating that they do the ticket booking online from their office.
5. Mistakes happen by everyone, however if an individual or an organisation is genuine they communicate with their consumer and share the truth, but these guys are running away and not communicating at all. Later this instant I go to know from my friend that they also have been cheated by this travel agency.

From all the facts above and other people experience, it's advisable not avail any services from this organisation

Amazing service at Motorpoint yesterday. Turned up to finance a ŠKODA from them. Was not pressured to purchase the vehicle. Managed to get the finance approved and same day drive away! Friendly service from the team at Motorpoint and especially Vicky who was upfront and honest. Very happy customer and would recommend Motorpoint!

Vicky was awesome ????. Patient, professional and friendly. She had us out on a test drive, allowing us to chat about the car when we needed, but adding information when requested. This is a surprisingly rare skill in sales in my experience. We’ve bought eight cars from Motorpoint over the past 20 years, and always been happy with the cars and service. This time I took my sister along and she said that when she next needs a car she will certainly booking a slot with Vicky.

Yesterday I was helped by Ash to buy my first car. For something that at first seemed very daunting i felt extremely happy and informed by the service that we received by Ash at motor point! Now I am driving in my very reliable car and feel amazing. 12/10 service

We visited Motorpoint a few weeks ago, and dealt with Piravinth K, who accompanied us on our test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, explained all the different features and overall was just a lovely sales exec to speak with. He did not try a hard sell and in view of his approach, we returned a few weeks later to purchase the car we test drove. I've already recommended Motorpoint and Piravinth to a close friend from London, who will be on the car search shortly.

Can highly recommend Motorpoint Coventry if you’re looking for a new car. We were fortunate enough to have Ash look after us when it came to trading in our car and purchase a new one. The showroom itself is very impressive to then be taken to a collection area where Ash gave us plenty of time and space to look over the car to ensure we were happy before our final purchase. He was very professional, but personable to made buying a new car less painful and was a pleasure to deal with them.

Visited the new Motorpoint branch at Coventry yesterday. Amazing customer service from Victoria Miller and staff. Victoria went out of her way to provide help and advice with not only finding us the right new car for me and my family but also supporting us in part exchanging our existing car. So pleased with how easy and hassle free the process was and certainly be using Motorpoint in the future. Thank you!

I purchased my new car on Wednesday 29/03/23 and was looked after by Ash Sharma. The service I felt was brilliant and Ash could not have been more helpful or respectful. As such I would not hesitate to recommend Motorpoint Coventry and I will certainly return there when I next change my car.

I purchased my first car from Motorpoint and the customer service I received was phenomenal. I was looked after by Akshay Sharma who provided fantastic service from start to finish. Akshay was really helpful with helping me choose the right car for me within my budget. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Will definitely be going back to Akshay for my next car!
