Many issues on this building

Neighbors. Leave the doors open as if they’re living in a village.
Bugs inside the house it’s very hard to remove them and also the passage
Maintenance is very poor and unprofessional. You call few times seep they come to respond to you.
Neighbors are parking in other peoples parking, uncontrolled parking mechanism
The design of the toilets you will have water leakage while you’re having a shower every time, so no need to have a shower . The design of the AC units are totally wrong. Strong air pressure comes and he cannot control them. He will have neck pain.

Good Apartment Building with 1 & 2 BR units. Opposite to Al Faridah - Block C2. Spacious Car Parking. Only issue is fire alarm buzzing every now and then.

I had a training course from work at this venue . I got a warm welcome by the lady on reception . Very clean and comfortable

Clean friendly atmosphere, chairs in rooms uncomfortable, rooms are stuffy.

A great facility for holding meetings with all the equipment you would need. Had the sandwich lunch boxes which were good with loads of filling. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced good quality venue
