Recently visited Starbucks in our neighbourhood.
Wasn’t at all crowded. The staffs were friendly and helped us choose the best drinks.
The seating is limited inside the shop. But it’s always a calm place to be.
Would surely visit again

I came to the shop and asked a lady her name is Nina ( her attitude is not acceptable) to use my rewards cup the long size and requested to split it into two cups but she refused that and said I can give you an empty cup to do that. I usually do this when I reach my reward cup and the guys in all other shops split it easily, what is the idea not to split in two cups? But ok to split my self? After I told her I don’t want to use my reward cup and i will pay full amount of two cups. Not satisfied at all with this treatment!

everyone is friendly in this branch, but i would suggest to open early in the morning if possible..before 7 am, we need a coffee before going to work..thank you

I love Starbucks in Al Zeina, if I could give more than 5 stars l will do that.
The staff is very friendly, polite, and always smiling and doing amazing service.
I can not start my day without a Starbucks cappuccino.
I would like to appreciate my family and friends: Ansar, Gayan, Nasrim, Sandra, Bishal, and Rojina.
