Yes the coffee is very good but Caffe Nero in Shams Boutik is stands out among other cafes with its amazing staff. They do amazing job every day, not only preparing great coffee but also providing a friendly and supportive atmosphere - the main reason that I am a frequenter. They are also very professional and neat with every single order. Shout out to Gurtej, Mukheis, Jao, Suman, Jett and other baristas that I cannot list here - give them a raise! :)

Extremely friendly staff, huge variety of sweets and savory options and of course a great coffee and comfy couches to do some work on the laptop what’s not to like about it ?!

Lovely little place with a great barista this morning - good coffee and friendly vibes. I was made to feel very welcome by the lady who served me today. Resisted the Lemon ricotta cake but it looked delightful, so I may go back tomorrow!
