worst customer service, ridiculously misbehaving staff handling the Shahama branch opp. deerfields. got no idea about latest varieties and flavors in cake, just doing copying, printing & using color dyes which wont go even on wash. Very high pricing for cheap material used, uses margarine instead of fresh cream, no delivery only if you insist and request they may give a late evening slot for u to say no. Fixed prices even for the cake they never made before. Even the shop name is Sweet Gallery but inside sold with Cake gallery tags. Not recommended at all.

Worst quality and service… I had ordered birthday cake with chocolate and vanilla flavours but when I collected the wordings on the cake we’re as if written by a three year old child and there was no chocolate flavour at all….
When I brought to their notice.. challenging response. Did a mistake ordering from them, no recommended at all.

I ordered a photo birthday cake for delivery in AD from Belgium via Whatsapp messages with one day's notice. My photo wasn't high res and I'd only just sent it via Whatsapp, and they worked with it with no issues. The service was friendly, efficient and the staff got back to all of my many questions. The cake was delivered a little later than we'd discussed, but it was fine for us. The recipient of the cake said it was very tasty, so overall I am very happy with Cake Gallery! I definitely recommend them.

We ordered a cake for a birthday party based on website pictures, it turned to be an amazingly looking and tasting piece of work for a reasonable price. Thank you!

Had the worst KitKat chocolate cake. It was for a friend’s wedding anniversary celebration. None of us liked it. It was so dry inside. At the end we all just had the KitKat.

We had order 3kg custom (McQueen) cake with mix flavour, for our son 5th birthday from cakegallery (airport road). The cake was delicious and it was ditto as picture what we send to them. Thank you Cakegallery.

They saved me in the last moment , i sent a picture of cake for my wife birthday . They made it on time and the flavor was amazing ! Great job every one ???????? Highly recommended

We made a poor choice by getting bday cake for my child... colors used in the cake stuck in my hands and not going away even after washing with soap. Cake quality was poor. I’ll never buy a cake from here again.

Cars always park in this stop, so buses can't always get into the stop. Because of this it's not very good for wheelchair users or people who find stepping up and down steps hard. But the stop is always clean and a shop right next to it so you can always get change.
