I would like to make a complaint now before I take action may be you can help. In fact, I went to Abu Dhabi mall on June 28 to buy a shoe as usual, I liked a shoe but my size was not available and the sales guy told me to pay so that I can go back to the shop after 3 days max to collect. I when there yesterday and I saw a nice lady who convinced me to go back there today and collect my order which was supposed to be delivered. Today again she called to let me know that they didn't receive my shoe today and I have two options, either I wait for my shoes to arrive on Tuesday or I should go to collect my money back.
I work in the front office department where we know the way deal with issues special if the mistake comes from my team. I pay to have my shoes, I didn't asked someone to give me back my money and I my order is not there on Tuesday believe me I will collect any shoes that I see and make a big issue.
I need your answer as soon as you can.

I placed an order at AUH Mall, but the pair is coming from Dubai, it's been 6 days and I didn't get an update. Today, I called them if they already received the pair, just to find out it was damaged. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I hope you're happy you ruined someone's vacation :) you should train your employees to deliver a much better service.

The worst experience ever I've in ever had in my shopping time. I had a shoes from this terrible shop which turned to be absolutely awful (although I tried once at the shop) but later in my first try when I changed to formal thinner socks it hurted my heels so badly. Then, the supervisor Ahmad was very poor communicator, refused to change (although I had the bill) as the shoes was used for couple of hours and shouldn't be returned unless it's in the very new shape. How come I would know there is somethjng wrong if I didn't try for a while. Then, he said you complain for the trade chamber! What a rude and terrible shop, brand and staff! There is something wrong with the shoes and it hurt mw a lot, then he claimed this not a factory fault, there must br something wrong in my feet!!!

If theres down star will give for this branch in abu dhabi mall theres one arabic man working there hers not deal good with customers and and made a problems for nothing
