It was awful experience at GANT outlet at Abudhabi mall, while buying a trouser I confirmed if alterations is included, lady and guy at cash counter said yes and when I received the trouser, quality of alterations was pathetic moreover staff asked for extra charges, upon asking to the staff that why I never been told while I bought the trouser staff started giving lame excuses, spoiled my day, will never visit GANT again after having bad experience. ????
