Wonderful CK Outlet located at Yas mall. Quite a variety of stock available with the latest releases. Prices are reasonable n the service was prompt n attentive. The only issue was that staff did not know how to handle foreigners purchasing with tax exemption n billing with credit cards was somewhat delayed for 20 minutes with added confusion. Nevertheless it was a proper CK outlet n well recommended.

I had an amazing shopping experience today at Calvin Klein Yas Mall. I had a very busy day and was desperately looking for a black bag. Yas mall is located far from me. I called the store and Abeba kindly offered to send pics of their bags on my WA number. I was glad she was so proactive, it means a lot when i was running out of time and did not know whether to go to the store or not. I liked one bag. Later in the evening I came to Yas mall and could not find the Shop. I called again and Hossam explained to me, then he guided me for direction in WA by drawing where to go. I arrived at the store and they had been expecting me with the bag. Hossam and Carla were both polite and proactive. The service was amazing. These 3 guys helped me to reduce my hassle and take quick decision. I really appreciate your great work. Keep it up and always know, that your efforts are important to clients. Thank you. Natalia.
