Food in overall was good but the best in cupagahwa in the beef burger slider, service is little bit slow, but i don't blame them the place is always crowded. Atmosphere is acceptable for me but others don't mind to sit in the middle of the mall in crowded area. I do strongly advice to visit it, they have a good food nice coffee and sweet. Not cheap nor expensive considered acceptable.

Its my go to breakfast place for more than 2 years and i have seen quality of the orders geting worse every week, staff are slow and overwhelmed as there are only few given the prices you assume better service. The same order is prepared differently each week the recipes of the food prepared should be given to the chefs so it stay the same not depending on his/her mood.
Coffe is always perfect though.

Cupagahwa Cafe truly impressed me with its outstanding service, thanks to the exceptional care and attentiveness provided by Mr. Sun. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Sun greeted us warmly and enthusiastically, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that all our needs were met. His knowledge of the menu, efficiency in taking orders, and genuine concern for my satisfaction created a welcoming atmosphere. Coupled with the delightful ambiance and delectable desserts, Cupagahwa is a must-visit Cafe.

Stopped by to try their cappuccino and was pleasantly surprised with the great taste, and equally great service. If you’re a fan of Italian coffee with a medium roast then is a good option, conveniently located when you are shopping in Yas Mall.

I love this place, very relaxing, clean place, excellent food, the staff are friendly and alert.
One of my Favourite karak tea with cheesecake kunafa, and Moroccan tea with Snicker cheesecake we love it! Don't miss out..

Staff not user friendly. I ordered a pink sauce pasta and they charged extra just to make sauce pink . Beside the chicken is not cooked properly which we informed staff.

Low quality service with high price !!
