A smallish nature reserve that's very popular with the locals.
Great for walking dogs, children or even cycling.
Muddy in areas, so correct footwear needed.
Not good for pushchairs.
Nicely kept, and ok for a small walk.
Nice river views.

Excellent dog walking. Dog off lead without having to worry about cyclist's or livestock. Litter bin at the Torrs / Mousley Bottom intersection. Gates on footpaths as a warning of intersection with highway and of water hazzard. It's just a pity so many visitors don't know how to close a gate!

A beautiful area and so well maintained. Spoke to a very helpful Ranger who told me all about rewilding.
