The decision to live there was made in May 2022 and the move took place at the end of the year. An absolutely excellent decision. The condominium is constantly being improved and beautified. The standard of the apartments is high and the quality is just great. The staff is friendly and courteous every minute. If there is a technical problem, the response time of the technicians is very short and problems are professionally resolved. The swimming pool and gym are well equipped and offer the opportunity for a work-out or sunbathing. The location is great and offers the opportunity to walk to 2 malls within 15 minutes (very slow walking). We are more than happy with our decision!

I just secured a apartment in here, the officer very nice and help you settle, explained everything short, detailed and common people will understand, area is good for Family, single or young people, near to hospital, walking distance to a luxury Mall.

First class residential complex. There are regular improvements in the place and the team in charge are regularly doing something to make the place even better. The lobby smells fresh, the decorations are welcoming, the floors are kept clean and reception staff are friendly. One suggestion is to put a sign on the sidewalk outside signaling the entrance to the car park and building as it's easy to miss. This is home to us now.

Great interior design in the apartment. The view is nice. The panoramic windows create amazing atmosphere.
However there is nothing around. So every time you need a shop or you just wanna walk, you have to drive.

Gym has ladies only timings. Which is inconvenient if the person has only one chance to go to the gym. So lots of times I couldn’t enter with my husband even though the gym was empty.
There is no music in the gym and it’s quite hot.

Lived in this building for a year (from April 2022 to April 2023), and overall, it is a really good building. It is still relatively new (I was told I was the first tenant in my unit).

The pros:
– Great facilities, the gym is excellent and the pool is great (with a stunning view as well!). The gym has dedicated women-only hours every day as well.
– The location is very good, close to ADGM, Abu Dhabi Mall, Galleria Mall and Reem Mall and the Mariyah Island exit. The view from most units is great (Unless you are on a lower floor maybe).
– 24-hour maintenance and security are available. They have receptionists for most of the day as well.
– The apartment's finishing is very good compared to most buildings I've seen on Reem Island. The sound insulation is excellent and you never hear any noise from other apartments whatsoever.
– Nice and polite neighbors overall. No weird smells.
– The building's management team is good, very accommodating and friendly (although there are areas for improvement which I'll share below).
– It has a terrace/bbq area on a high floor which tenants can book for free for gatherings/parties, which is quite nice.
– Plenty of storage space in the apartment with big cabinets in the bedroom, kitchen and toilets.
– You deal with one admin/management office that represents, so things are structured and organized.

The cons:
– It is on the pricey side for sure. I was paying AED 72k per year, which is quite steep; however, the location, apartment size and facilities make up for the high rent amount, so it depends on your priorities.
– The kitchen is relatively small and cramped.
– Parking could definitely be managed better.
- The AC in the bedroom was initially quite weak, but the maintenance team sorted it out.

A brand new building designed with high quality finishes and careful attention to details. This is THE place to be called home compared with other buildings I had lived in Abu Dhabi over the past 15 yrs. What I like the most about this place is it’s location, walking distance to the Galleria mall, peaceful and quiet area, 24 hrs maintenance, plenty of parking spaces for visitors, nice amenities including well maintained temperature controlled big swimming pool, professional and accommodating building management staff (thank you Suja).

Fantastic place to live.
Great views, good facilities, friendly staff and apartments are very nice.
Floor to ceiling windows allow heaps of light. Air conditioning works well & is quiet. No issues with fixtures and fittings after 6 months of living here.
Notably the builidng has secure undercover parking for visitors, which is very rare.
While on Reem Island it is on the Maryah Island side so doesn't have the Reem Island exit traffic issues. Plus it's walking distance to Galleria Mall.
Highly recommended building and aprtments.

We stayed 1 year in the townhouses but left. Facility are ok, swimming pool as a wow factor because is at the 31st floor but is always quite windy up there and there is not much shade when needed. Other drawback is the constant noise night and day of surrounding construction sites.
