Loved our experience today purchasing a cycle helmet for my youngest sibling. We were asked if we needed help by Daniel who helped us figure out which helmet was most suitable. Daniel even signed us up to a rewards scheme where we received a £5 discount straight away. Me and my partner were really happy with our service and we will be back again! Thank you Daniel

I popped into the Halfords store today, to get some advice on my car. A female member of staff, Phil & John, we're most helpful. I felt valued as a customer, I was listened to, and offered advice on the best course of action, for my car! No pushy sales or purchasing pricey products I didn't need. I would give them 10 stars if I could. A credit to the Cannock store. Well done guys. ????✨☺️

Just got my bike back after a gold service and it feels like a new bike. A first class job from bike mechanic Ethan who explained everything, including a free check-up in a few weeks to tighten new cables that will stretch slightly. i would recommend Halfords.

I was very happy with the service from the store today. The two lads who fitted my bulbs were polite, helpful and friendly and very efficient in their work. The lads had a real problem getting the old bulbs from my 208, but they persisted in making sure the job was done. I strongly recommend the cannock branch. Many thanks guys.

Served by Daniel today at Cannock Halfords who helped me find the oil I needed for my car. He came out to my vehicle with me, and helped look through the manual to identify what I needed. Thanks so much for your help!

Went on Monday 27th around half 2 and was served by a lovely young guy who was serving the till and also doing the fittings. He fitted my windscreen wiper in seconds, and was polite and friendly the whole time. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, Cannock Halfords let me down 30/06/23

Attended a pre-booked, prepaid for Air Con pressure check and MOT. 1.5hrs later, I returned and no work taken place, workshop not busy either. On asking, was informed by reception desk that mechanic is still stuck in traffic.

I asked why I wasn't update and how long he would be. Answers to both were 'don't know'. Refund given and have now rebooked elsewhere.

So, very poor overall, poor updates, poor service, poor outcome
