In raha garden plaza. Next to mothercare, carrefour market and not a supermarket. Its opened in the location of other chain (i believe it was spaar) thats closed earlier. There is mashreq bank atm at the entrance of the market. Prices are more expensive than the carrefour super or hypermarket.

What I know about Carrefour that they have a stable standard in their quality products , prices and offer but in this branch nothing is available!! Prices are the highest between other branches , limited items , none fresh vegetables and meats!! . I do really wonder what is the point from opening a new branch here if you can’t offer good products !! Safa supermarket were better than you in several levels . You need to check and revise your prices and inspect the old and none fresh products or remove this branch and give a chance to another company to take your place !!

Great quality selections of food especially fruits and vegetables. Furthermore, there is s designated section for organic products. What’s more, there are variety collection of bakery stuff from toast, bread, desserts, pastries, and keto and gluten free stuff. This place is well organized and decorated. You will find a small corner for dine in where there are few tables and chairs available. Also, there is a special machine for making fresh to go juices.
The problem about this market that they don’t have variety selection of fish. Also, I don’t like the salmon they brought to the fridge. The Spar supermarket brings higher quality and fresher salmon and other types of fish. Regarding poultry section, there are only few selections. Unfortunately, there are limited selection of detergent sizes which mostly come into small size. For cleaning staff, I prefer to buy online where I can find more selections and different sizes.

expensive and unwelcoming. some cashiers don't know how to say hello. We even have the impression of disturbing them. fortunately we have other choices not far away.

The don't deserve a star even. Expensive, some places are not cleaned, employees are not helpful. How do you want to compete with all of those shops around you? Two Lulu's and another Carrefour 5 minutes from you in SE6. Cool down guys or you will say buy very soon.

1 star for the location
The 2nd star for their freshly baked bread.

The rest of stars vanished because
1) I came in a non busy day yet I wasn't served properly by the staff and some were not even in their booth.
2) because the prices are ridiculously over the top when clearly al raha isn't far away from other markets example but not limited to; spar, lulu, souq planet etc.
Fish , meat and cheese section were over priced. Options in the market wasn't over the top, offers are much lesser than regular carrefour ( I understand its a market but still doesn't justify the price )
3) had to wait over the counter while they were trying to explain to the person infront of me things to make a decision to by credit or not ????????
4) I requested something and saw the lady cutting another thing desbite making it clear of what I want. Was too slow and i needed to rush.

Will I come again? ... unless they improve in price and customer service I'm not coming back or maybe I will come only If no other options.

Hopefully the business owners realize that khalifa is an active place unlike other compound areas in which they don't have as much options as we do

Prices are too high... I would have given zero starts... but you get one star for the freshly baked bread
