Came into Raha garden and got a foot long meal. Waited quite a bit considering there not a lot of customer. They only one person working the table. Then when I received my sandwich as I was biting into it I felt a solid piece in my mouth. Come to find out a piece of plastic for in my mouth. Gross

This Subway is usually quiet with really quick and good service. The bread is always fresh and the staff are professional. Their delivery service is a little bit slow unfortunately, however I have never received an incorrect order from using the delivery service.

Subway is subway, u know what to expect and no complaints there. However, my latest order came with black cotton thread baked into the end of the wheat bread. Needless to say I was put off, but only noticed this at the end of the sandwich. Hygiene and quality control perhaps not as it should be. Called the branch to inform them and they advised it was plastic from a broken baking tray that was now thrown away ???? No words...

Bad service. The closure timing is wrong because it closes 11:30 pm

Every time their delivery is late, and don’t know why , although am in khalifa city which is only 5 min away by car, last time my order was very late like almost 1.5 hrs , finally driver came and he complained that he is the only one , come on guys if u have only 1 driver don’t accept all orders easy no??
