Desserts were to bad. Overprice for the taste. Coffee was fine not perfect compared to its price and surprised when check out noticed the bill where they add hidden extras that they didn’t mentioned while ordering. For example I ordered cortado and we chose the beans type the waiter should inform the customer that this type has additional fee. And this extras didn’t add anything to the drink still other place coffee taste better than this. Hopefully you improve your service in the future.

First time trying this new coffee shop Cartel in Khalifa City. I ordered a Hot Spanish Latte made with Brazilian coffee beans. I didn’t like the taste of the coffee it was too bitter.
Friendly and polite staff.
Limited parking space is available.

Hidden gem in Khalifa City .. if you are looking for a good coffee in a modern place then this is the right place . Their desserts are outstanding you can feel the fresh ingredients… I think this will be my everyday cafe

First , the staff is so friendly and helpful, and I tried this ( I forgot the name but it’s meat and egg) and it was sooooo delicious 9/10 and the bun is so soft I would come again for it , also this drink ( I think cherry and berries iced tea) is good too 7/10 , one of my mates tried French toast it was good too and the caramel on the side is delicious, but we I saw the prices ????????I got shocked , the French toast 67 Aed even though it wasn’t that big

the coffee is always delicious and made perfectly. Cartel always has the best coffe and customer service!! the employees are so sweet too :D

The coffee is always great, good overall theme of the Cafe and friendly staff.

I would recommend for anyone to go there if he is looking for a quiet place for coffee.
