1- food temperature is not steady specially if you order multiple type , food example if you order regag sandwich and parata sandwich , one of them may arrive cold
2- the taste of food is marginal some is ok other Below standard.
3- it take alot of time to prepare the food not based on the promises.
4- some food require spoons and they didn't provide , we have to keep asking simple things.
Im willing to change my review if the food quality enhanced
