The cashier presented C class customer service. I greeted the cashier & started putting items on the counter, but was completely ignored. I suggest Centerpoint implement instant service rating system for close monitor of it's staff behavior

I just had the worst dealing in Centre point bawabt Alsharq, while payment process, I showed the picture of my Fazaa card which clearly my name was mentioned there with barcode and the accountant was so rude and she just said I will not accept this and I need app. I told her that it clearly mentioned my name on the card and I can give u my ID with it but still she refused and the way she was talking was so inappropriate and I would never come back ever to this branch and even to Centre pointe. If there is less than zero I would have them.

omg they ruined the store with the new chaotic change. It was big and wide now its narrow with no stuff so hot and the appeal is boring. They ruined it.
