I think the nawab at Al Sharq mall the worse shopping experience just this location, while other locations are fantastic. The reason are the staff are rude and unprofessional unlike any other stores if you purchase anything they will force you to exchange in the same store and make your time miserable at store while exchanging. The attached bill I have waited for more than two weeks to get the note that my credit on previous purchase is lost if I exchange! Last time purchase I rather take my business to other stores who can provide better experience and more professional staff ! Actually they don’t reserve even one star

One big place to shop furniture and everything you need for a home.
Mostly you ll get things at high prices there.
Has good collection but little costly

The management at bawat supports well. Hpwever, mamagement refused to cater a manifacturing defect for a premium collection arm chair which should not be the case from the management. Very poor after sales support. Please work to improve the management. The floor staff is good.

The store does not answer the phone. I called several times and waited a long time, but to no avail. I had to go to find out that in this store they don’t sell any blankets or pillows. Lost my time in vain. By the way, there were no buyers in the store and the only seller I saw was sitting comfortably on the couch very busy with a mobile phone.

Very bad customer service!!no one was there to help us, there was a manager who spouse to help people I didn't think he's there for duty " sitting on the store furniture and watch tiktok" and if someone asked him about something he shout, i dont think I'm going to homes r us again there is alot of stores in the country that is good and ready to serve you as a client.

Visited the place twice was happy with everything quality, price and all the staff very friendly except one of them her name Angeli she is really need to learn how to treat customers and to be polite will giving the service.

The location is wrong. Good place in a wrong mall. They have a luxury items which are not found in other branches. Pls move.
