Branch of Chilli's located inside Bawabat As sharq mall with ample seating and their standard Mexican menu such as tacos, enchiladas and fajitas along with staples such as burgers, steaks and other North American dishes.
Service is okay, wasn't crowded both times we visited and food is not bad.

They accept ENTERTAINER offers so good value for money.
Knocking off two stars because while the food is good, it's not "wow I really want to go there again" good and a lot of their dishes taste similar.

Every week I eat at chillis but this branch is always bad .. it was the worst experience.. no employees only one lady and she’s very rude .. the food was very cold the steak was like a rock and cold .. in my husband plate there was a hair .. very disgusting.. my daughter’s mac&cheese was freezing .. the toast was cold I asked to substitute she took ages and didn’t bring another .. we asked for the bell and it took 50 minutes to bring the bell.. worst experience doesn’t worth 350 aed worth 10 aed restaurant

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The crowd is minimal, so we could enjoy the dinner at peace. The steaks ordered was satisfying and flavourful.

The place was empty for a reason. the staff is unprofessional especially the manger.
we got seated right when we got in which is probably the only good thing, after that as we finished ordering there were only 3 staff members on site and non of them would come and ask if we needed anything because we needed the wifi password. we had to call one loudly and they responded loudly back instead of coming to the table. one staff member was cleaning a recently used table and she was so loud with it. scratching the chair on the floor and slamming it back In, the food was okay the beef queso skillet was jar cream cheese with food coloring and little to no beef, wouldn't recommend. the boss burger is no where near as the picture, it wasn't that good, it was dry. I don't believe they believe in sauces because my burger was dry as heck!, the patties were frozen and didn't taste good at all, sure it is edible but when I'm paying a ridiculous price for what they call "fine dining" this is awful.

This is a sheltered bus stop that’s located next to a huge Victorian red brick building. Some call that building the House of Pru.
