Chopard - Galleria Mall boutique is a VERY bad place to visit due to their bad attitude and unreliable staff especially a guy named Mohammad, has a Syrian accent. I brought my watch for service (there was no issue with the watch) and was informed it would be ready WITHIN 8 weeks, yes 8 weeks for only service. During these 8 weeks, I’ve contacted them 3 times to check on it. Each time I got the reply that the service wasn’t done and when I ask the staff if they can check the status of the watch or when it might be ready, they replied rudely that they can’t check on the watch and “we already informed you the watch will be done AFTER 8 weeks”. I called them after 8 weeks and one day to check, they told me they didn’t receive the watch yet and NOW they will check on it and will let me know. I got a call from them informing me the watch service isn’t done yet so I asked them just to return the watch unserviced. I tried to raise this complain to the management but was told the manager is outside the country right now. That was my experience with this boutique and wanted to share it here and maybe, maybe their management can read it and provide a better, reliable, and respectful service to their customers

They are tha one of most luxurious watch brands retailers in uae. Heavy luxurious brand are there , like chopad ,tag Heuer.

I generally had a good experience at the Galleria Tag Heuer Store. However, the Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch procured from the store developed problems with in the first year where time was getting slower every day even after continuous wear and use. Watch was returned and got it repaired however the problem still existed and now it has completely stopped. It is again given for repair at the store and waiting for the feedback and fix of all the problems. I am doubtful of the quality of Tag Heuer watches after multiple problems. Will change my opinion and rating if the service center restores all problems.

We used longlands travel last week to travel to Manchester airport and pick us up..absolutely fantastic service .I honestly can not fault them..very patient and helpful at all times ..strongly recommend them.i❤️????????

We recently booked Longlands travel for an airport run to Newcastle for 8 of us and we’d like to say a big thankyou to our drivers and the boss in the office who booked it all for us. Both drivers picked us up promptly and were really helpful loading up our cases and getting us there safely. The mini bus was clean and comfortable and we’d definitely use your company again in the future ????????

We booked a family holiday and needed a minibus to and from the airport. The driver was on time (actually well before said time), he was courteous and also helped with the luggage. Return journey was also smooth, overall a great experience and price of travel was reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Grear reliable lovely clean comfy buses. Hen do to york and back the driver was fab let us enjoy ourselves no complaining waited in york to get us home safely. Defo use these again.

Moe your lovely laid back class boss couldn't ask for better boss really enjoy working here and I know only been here about 5 months but really get on with everyone all the buses are fully maintained to a very high standard lovely buses to drive the always clean and tidy and all the team work togther it Iike one big family.
