Wonderful staff and friendly.. we sat with Wafa and she was so elegant and fabulous and she was perfect in giving the information. I highly recommend to deal with her. I am in loved with gala watch and it is literally in my wishlists.

I've been with Hays travel for a couple years now can't fault the service the staff are brilliant very helpful when you book your holiday and getting your currencies that's that's why the service is excellent and friendly staff

Had to wait till someone was free but good to see that they are busy. Travel agent who sorted my holiday was very helpful and made it an easy choice for me. Job done, holiday sorted and away in a couple of weeks ????

Went to Dawson's first. We were the only ones in there and were spoken to abruptly while other staff audibly discussed their personal lives, it was as if we were intruding. Hays was the complete opposite.. even though the shop was busy we were seen to immediately by the friendly and helpful Rebecca. Half an hour later our holiday was sorted. Will be my first stop next time I book my hols.

Booked a suprise holiday to Turkey for me and my girlfriend. Faye was really helpful and patient making sure the flight times hotel etc were right, excellent customer service, can't wait to go!
