The waiter was so rude. The food was bellow average (bad). The meringue cake tasted so bad its literally only eggs, I was very disappointed. Moreover, the food was very pricey and the cake cost 100 dh for whipped eggs!! I would never ever step foot in any of their branches. My experience was terrible!

I prefer this branch over the Dubai branches because it's cozier and the staff is kind and friendly.

I love the Pistachio Ice cream its my favourite.
and I also tried something new from the sweets, which was good.

The food was a joke pizza for nearly 100AED really disappointed with it. It was so thin just like a tortilla and an average tomato sauce. I will just pay 15AED for it. I really was hoping for a delicious food but I was disappointed. The employees were good though

Very nice place for a coffee.
Couldn't stay to have something to eat but I will definitely come back!
The service level is above and beyond, but i need to mention Asad! Class ????

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant for brunch, and it exceeded all expectations. The food was simply amazing. The highlight, however, was the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. In particular, our waitress Sumaya, who made our day truly memorable with her excellent service. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience

The melanzane alla parmigiana is a recommended option for a course. Their signature dessert (Vanilla Meringue) is disappointing. It looks amazing but the taste is poor, full of whipped cream and no vanilla taste at all. Prices are ridiculously high for the quality you get. The environment is nice and staff is polite

They have nice desserts, the issue is the tipping culture it’s crazy here and is considered abnormal to the local standards, waiters will push you to tip and if you dont they give you an attitude.

Happen to eat from the one in NYC , the one in Abu Dhabi marina mall is good and taste good

I don't know what the fuss about management, service and been kick out ... I was seated immediately, Ate lunch and stay for 2hrs alone in table for 4 and I wasn't bothered or looked at or felt rushed, the table was clean , the service was quick , after lunch I order coffee (not the best) and cake and took my time .

I will say it's pricey !! But there are other café in the mall with same or higher price

The food was alright , not the best but not the worse

For these who had bad experience maybe because it's just open and staff wasn't train (maybe)
