Service level at Marina Mall branch is amazing. Employees there took care of all details including re sizing and sending the altered products to the closest branch to my home. Highly recommended.

I have shopped at Sacoor since 2015 and always purchased suits for work because of the quality and service. The free alterations were always the reason I always returned to buy more. On my last visit I requested to adjust a suit that was purchased in 2020 and was informed I could not have adjustments, even if I paid! Ridiculous considering when I purchased the suit I was told i would always have free alterations. I was then told it’s a policy change. Considering I only just purchased 2 suits a month ago and even then no one informed me of the policy change. Very disappointed and will not return again and will no longer recommend friends to shop here

Very poor experience, no answer on store telephone, no answer on customer care. Sold a suit and then told its out of stock pick another, then its back in stock. Just checked the suit and they have tailored turn ups on the trousers which wasn't requested.

Very weak customer care . I kept calling to follow up about the delivery of my suits but the phone rings twice and disconnects . I travelled to the branch and my suits were not there.

I tried dubai outlet mall branch , abu dhabi mall branch , abu dhabi marina mall branch and it is all the same thing.
It is really hard to get your clothes that you paid for when you send them for tailoring service.

This must improve as the brand speaks for itself .

Very bad customer service waking in the shop no one and im the only customer there is 3 employees, no one even approached me or welcomed me in the shop, i had to approached the employee and he answered the phone and let me waiting. I like the brand alot but it was a very bad experience i think they need to train their employees better. I was a regular customer but not anymore.

It’s a great place for classy formals in all different size’s, cost wise little bit higher side but it’s worth pay for the great fabric, detailed designer stitching and plenty collection of colors in this store, most of the time they will give good offers so it’s affordable too.

The shop which makes you feel as if you are entering the Kingsmen outlet as in the Holywood movie. It's an awesomely good men formal clothing outlet. But be careful of Al Wahada outlet in Abu Dhabi as the sales people of this outlet might cheat you as it happened with me and I walked into Marina Mall outlet and finally picked what I wanted. The staff in Marina mall outlet and WTC outlet is very pleasant and hospitable.

Great products and service. I had bought shoes and was sent off with 2 right shoes ???????? by mistake. But they handled the error professionally when I went back in, and service was ????????

A beautiful walk awaits you at the Broughty Ferry Promenade from the centre of town, to the harbour, castle, beach and beyond. Well worth a wander to take in the views and history.

This place is absolutely great in any weather. The view changes every day and is always worth seeing. I'm very lucky to be able to come here whenever I want to.

Lovely area for walks but a bit dirty after all the new work done . Tidal rubbish drifted in & a bit of a smell at drains near where you sit on concrete sitting areas .

Ample free parking for access to the the castle, harbour and shops. Well maintained and clean . Disabled car parking is available if required.
