Car Service in the city with the following highlights :
- Car services
- Sell tires and other equipment with reasonable price
- They work fast with good result. I usually ask Budi to help me out to solve the problem with my car.
- Located in Adnoc Station which completed with car wash, oil change, Adnoc Oasis and McD.

If I could give no star I would. I am a regular customer and there service WAS good but when Ahmed incharge left, UNFORTUNATELY, service is not the same. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They made wrong diagnose for my car had to pay around AED 6000/- and it was completely wrong had to go to someone else to fix it and costed me more. Technicians not great. The previous manager would know exactly what is wrong with the car immediately from a phone call. Now with the new person Sultan, service is bad. He is unprofessional at all not customer oriented. Need alot to know his customer, even if you go everyday still he does not recognize his customer and very unprofessional with no approach when dealing with issues. I DONT know if he knows much about cars all he cares about is quote and ripping the customer. HE promise and under deliver. quote still not provided for a simple job. Customer needs to follow up he doesn't bother to call. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! IT'S NOT THE SAME. NEED TO HAVE A PROPER PERSON WHO KNOWS ABOUT CARS SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO.

Worst experience in oil change, went to embassy brach on 22/9 at 3:00 pm, called before arriving to ask if it was not busy now to come, he said its ok. Went there and the man in charge left me waiting for 20 minutes although there were no other cars changing oil.
There was clearly only one guy working on the tires on a car in the tires section and no other staff.
When i went inside after 20 minutes upset, he and his co worker were on there phones and told me they were busy on the phone with management !!!
He saw that i was backing up my car to leave and still was on the phone and did absolutely nothing.
Although Al Bateen branch has excellent service, to be honest. But Embassy branch were totally unprofessional.
Never again.

My opinion and feedback pertinent to CME Bosch Car Service stems from my long term experiences with this professional service centre since it was found.

To sum up, the following have to be considered by the requested party as well as the reviewers:

1. Both tyres and mechanic sections are, luckily, run by very careful professionals in their field of expertise.

2. Never declined spare part availability.

*2. Staff extend their endeavour to make several calls until they make it happen....find the right parts

3. Staff are timid and gentle in their behaviour.

4. Very reasonable costs of original parts and services.

5. Quick in their professinal service performance.

6. Punctual in their call backs.

7. Tidy and clean work places and administrative office.

The list is very long, but the overall review is "Excellent".

Dropped my car of here for repair, and were charged almost three times the market price for basic parts. The staff is not responsive and attempt every trick to try and sell overpriced unnecessary maintenance parts while overlooking essential items for the car. BE VERY CAREFUL when using them, a much more trustworthy level of car service can be found within the market at much lower prices. Do your research before settling to drop your car off here.

Highly recommended - very knowledgable staff and very reasonable prices.

Pros:
- knowledgable staff
- honest service - they don't try to cheat you
- convenient location and good equipment - they can perform wide range of works

Cons:
- spare parts could be pricey if you order through them
