While the guys there were very friendly I really can only give them one star. As I wanted to avoid a trip into the city I asked if they could replace my phone battery with OEM parts and they said this would be no problem. There was nothing wrong with the phone itself but at two years old the battery had stopped holding a charge as long as I would like.

They ended up breaking the screen (which they covered with tape and denied doing) and shorting out the motherboard. When I brought my phone to Samsung I was told that unequivocally that the shop had done this. My previously working phone was beyond repair at that point and I had no choice but to get a new one.

Again, nice guys but there would be absolutely no way I'd trust them with any electronics again.

Absolutely fantastic shop! Everything from electrical accessories to household products worth a good look round. Prices are very competitive and staff are very friendly.

The store owner got out the wrong side of the bed and took out his foul temper on a customer all on her own. Treated the customer so rudely.

Good staff and amazing service and great respect to customers also easy to get to and the shop has a good lay out if you need anything in terms of tech in Helensburgh this is the best place to go. You won't find any better prices in Helensburgh.Keep the good work up guys, you are doing great.
