If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff isn’t accommodating at all. I took my daughter there and she got bullied by the kids and the staff did absolutely nothing. I took her another time thinking there service would change but no, it did not. They were disrespectful and rude the entire time when I talked to them about the situation. I don’t recommend this place at all, and I’m never coming back. Save yourself the money, the bullying, and the headache and take your kids elsewhere!!!!

This place is very safe and clean. The staff are accomodating and friendly. They take care of the kids. Kids are not also allowed to go out without the parent's approval.

My babies love going here. We go here almost every week. They enjoy and the place is safe. Staff always play with the kids.

Am glad to say that I met the best play area for kids..
The staff members make sure that all children are happy and safe and always monitoring the door..and almost know every child by name..
Sure I will always come back to kiddos in Deefields mall.

Its so expenive. Funworks is much better in terms of pricing. Kids can have a full month of unlimited access to the soft play area and it's well maintained too. It would be great to have some reasonable prices from Kidoos Entertainment so we can have our kids playing there more often.

I'm so mad about the treatment of the staff for the children at this place. Once I brought my two daughters and I heard the staff calling the kids who are playing there salaries, and all the other staff and nannies were laughing and starting calling the kids salaries!! It was very disrespectful. Shame!

I love this place. There are always new activities that gives enjoyment to the kids. The place is clean and safe. You can leave the kids without any worries. The staff are friendly and always accomodating. I also attended a birthday party here twice and they are really amazing! Over all, my kids and I love this place.
