I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I received during my recent visit on Feb 27, 2023. I visited the branch in order to close my account that was opened without my authorization and unfortunately, I did not receive the assistance that I needed.

Despite my attempts to seek help, the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to provide me with the information that I required. The lack of attention and assistance has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration.

As a customer of your bank, I expected to receive a higher level of service and attention. I believe that all customers, regardless of the purpose of their visit, should be treated with respect and provided with the necessary assistance.

I kindly request that you take appropriate action to ensure that your staff are trained to provide a high level of customer service and are able to assist customers effectively. I would appreciate it if you could also provide me with an explanation as to why my visit was not handled in a satisfactory manner.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon and hope that this matter will be resolved promptly.

I would like to provide feedback on the exceptional customer service I received from Nourhan Amin last week.

I was having an issue with my business account and Nourhan went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and took the time to listen attentively to my concerns with a beautiful smile. She provided clear explanations and found a creative solution to my problem that exceeded my expectations.
