We went to this market today .we buy kids mashmallow packet and it’s expired.we inform the staff but the on of staff get angry and they shouted too much .
Dear owner first teach your staff how to behave to customer.we like to talk to owner and show the picture which is expired product .because the way they treat us they told us do whatever we can do we can ? .in uae expired food product not allowed .

Specially kids mashmallow .please consider

I always buy here in person but everytime I ask for delivery and ordered in whatsapp no one seems to do their job and deliver. They got my order I waited, 15 mins, 30mins, 1hr, more than an hour, no final order and they didn't check out. They just wasted your time. No successful order in whatsapp since then. I dunno why your people don't want to work but keep on marketing about delivery. Very poor services. It will take a lifetime to response for delivery orders.

Today visited LOZAN PLAZA HYPERMARKET. Nice to see maximum collection under one roof. Large quantity of gift shopping available, also nice for shopping whenever plan to visit home countries for expatriates.

very very bad customer service, I am not recommending this place for good customers.

They treated me badly today. I visit this place regularly. I Went there today too and bought some items. I went to the counter and had to wait for a while, The cashier is doing makeup, While placing the items I bought on the counter, pointed to an electrical item and told her that I want to check this item. She referred me to customer service. When I get there, he's on the phone and looks at me like the troublemaker for a while.
After the phone call, when I told my need, he told me to go back to the cashier and pay. The manager needed to be made aware of the customer inconvenience. No one answered it and on repeated inquiries the manager said he had gone to Dubai. The concerned person threatened to tell any person and that it is not related to him. It was a threat.
Because employees who do not understand customer ethics and customer service will quickly collapse any organization.

I am regular customer of this .i went for shopping and purchased above 150 , i had may kids with me who is below 2 yrs.and asked for delivery and the cashier said yes.but the security behaved in a very very rude manner.with this i am just stopping my purchase over there.I don’t know whether this is the way to behave towards customer

be careful if using this car park the company operating it have a very bad reputation regarding issuing parking charges - see over 1000 reviews on trust pilot about the company smart parking, some people have accused them of making mistakes and even issuing false parking charges. I have had dealings with them and they have refused to supply evidence requested to support their parking charge and I have found them very dismissive
