We bought the machine from them with 4 months parts warranty and 6 months service warranty. After 2 months the machine became compliant. When I called them, they did not pick up the call. After a month, they said that they cannot provide warranty. They also have a few other companies under various names. Don't fall for their scams

VERY BAD customer service. Products are defective. The manager Mr. Muhammed Shanid will brag about 10yrs in business but don't know how to handle defective products. He will make you feel stupid because of his excuses telling maybe I buy the wrong cartridge. Cartridge that I've been using for a year. The 5 star rating maybe put by them also. I would not suggest buying from here.

Worst service in the town. They don't have any knowledge about printers. I lost money and time.
