Love costa’s coffee so much especially their cappuccino is a no match. Their serving portions are also huge compared to other coffee shops. The seating area is adequate and cosy. The service is also quite and they have some good food options as well.

Download their app and enjoy the points to get a free drink once in a while. Quite useful.

The Cashier/Barista Aisha needs to learn how to serve properly and learn customer service. So rude don’t want to engage any customer✌???? But other the place is quite good to study and ready ur book. Coffee us strong good as well.

Love the place..
I was not impressed during my last visit to this branch due to a very odd answers from one of their staffs.
Rest all perfectly good and awesome.

Best coffee shop in wahda mall. I like the hot Mocha.. And the sitting area is beautiful with the lights. The one problem is that the wifi is not working these days because of a technical issue.

Annie makes the BEST FLAT WHITE!!! Service is great and coffee is just how i like it. Im glad i have costa nearby, taste just like how it should ???? ☕️

I like their Capucino and Pastel De Nata. They have wifi with fast connection. It's nice place to enjoy the coffee

I don’t understand the 2star reviews for this surgery. Any time I’ve needed support all staff members are beyond supportive, the GPS , the receptonists are also very understanding.

Makes me feel comfortable that if I have any issues I can trust who I’m going to.

Best surgery in Ipswich to be honest, they carefully listen here and take all your concerns into consideration.

On Friday registered here electronically , received texts on Monday to say now a patient at this surgery, myself and sister, who I care for, took a few minutes to register online so simple.
Sister has learning disabilities and requires regular injection. Had it booked at old surgery but popped in to reception to check old surgery would still be doing it, as didn't realise the new registration would be completed so quickly. Reception staff extremely polite and professional. Advice given. A new appointment made at Two Rivers .
All so simple, if this experience is anything to go on so glad to have made the change!!!

A fantastic surgery all round, would recommend to anyone. I've been very happy with the service I've received here, every staff member has been helpful, polite and informative. The premises is bright, clean and spacious with lots of places to sit. There is also plenty of parking available too.
The doctors/nurses/midwives are all lovely and professional, I've never felt rushed during any of my appointments. I've always been able to get through on the phone to make appointments when needed (although I might need to wait on hold to get through for a few mins, it's never for long, plus it's to be expected.) I will continue to bring my family here.

I have had good and bad experiences. The good was Leslie who I had spoken to after a receptionist would not help me. I needed a letter containing some medical information from my past as evidence to give to someone else, I was in a very tricky and time sensitive situation, and originally Leslie also said I would need to wait up to 2 to 3 weeks as the Dr needs to locate the information which is not on their system and then write it however she later called back and had located the information and got it sent out to me that day which was received in the post quickly, I was very impressed with the initiative Leslie took in the end. There has been an experience since though whereby I had a possible infection and after 2 doses of antibiotic I felt had not gone so I called 111 as I was in pain over the weekend and they prescribed more but said to take in a sample on Monday to go to the lab, not for a dipstick. My partner took it for me as I was working and I had spoken to a Dr beforehand who said they would complete the form and leave it at reception for it to go to the lab as the 111 GP did not. The sample ended up going for a dipstick and showing no infection as I was on antibiotics though I was still suffering. I asked to speak to a Dr who could see the form had not been done as promised which is why it didn't go to the lab and offered for me to take another sample in and she would leave the form at reception herself if it did not go after the course of antibiotics finished. Luckily, I finished that course and seem to have been OK over Christmas so I didn't need to send another sample in the end, fingers crossed it doesn't come back.

Great GP. I've never had a problem being able to speak to a doctor. I've had urgent prescription requests which have always been dealt with quickly. Like every GP I've ever been to, there are always issues here and there with overworked staff, but on the whole they offer excellent care.

My mum had two appointments at the surgery as she had extreme pain in her hip and swelling. One appointment with a doctor and one with a nurse over a period of two weeks. At no point during those appointments did either of them ask to actually look at my mum’s hip. On Monday she was in so much pain I took her up A and E. She has sepsis and is now fighting for her life. They are completely negligent and I will be taking this further. AVOID THIS SURGERY

I have been registered at this practice since 2020 . I have always found the staff to be helpful, the building is very welcoming and spacious. We recently experienced a health incident on the premises where the attention given was exceptional. Although it is difficult to get appointments these days anywhere I have always been listened to and feel my husband and I have received the appropriate response. Thank you staff .

Absolutely useless,got a text message to make an appointment to see a GP in the next 7-10 days,ring to book an appointment said there was none available,said ring on the day at 8am alright for people who work 9-5…unlike me who start at 6am..can’t leave the shop floor to make phone call & be left in a cue for over an hour…you’ve took on far too many patients for the doctors you have…ridiculous…..
