After waiting for a few days i called twice and asked for the status to which you people assured that order is on its way. Now on 26th of august i have received a bunch of emails stating that all of my orders have been cancelled. To make matters worst, i placed those orders for my family to whom I am travelling this week.
I cannot express my disappointment in words. It was my 1st order from crocs and it will definitely be my last. I am a doctor and ill make sure everyone in my social circle will never make the mistake of trusting crocs. You people are not upto your stated standards. All the hype, i see clearly now that other brands are much better at customer satisfaction and efficienct service.
