What in the 2023 hell is this.

1 single toilet for all women and disabled people and multiple toilets for men. What big brain male thought of that idea.

15 minutes wait to use a bathroom. Ladies, if you're braver than me, use the mens.

tis is not best place to take break,road very busy, hard to leave and join road. hgv parking very tight.
3 time costa coffee machines, prices adequate to level of service. prices of fuel very high,same as on all BP. toilets big and clean. Next to petrol station is road restaurant named busy bee restaurant. old school plenty tables and good prices.service nice and fast

- Friendly staff
- High prices for snacks (95p for a packet of crisps at the time of writing)
- Gents toilets were horrible. No toilet seat and pretty unclean. A shame a company as wealthy as BP choose not to maintain good facilities for their customers.

Tried to used toilet and buy a coffee at 10 pm as a truck driver it was very important unfortunately not been let inside. Good luck cleaning your yard it was a big one

Called in 3 times in the last week between 11.30pm and 12.30pm and on each occasion there was a handwritten sign in the window saying that the station was closed for half an hour, no times were put as to what time your cashier would decide to return to there duties and as a trucker when we need fuel we need fuel. You have lost out on nearly £1500 worth of sales fron me alone and obviously other drivers to. I will no longer be attempting to fill up at your station and will be notifying our fleet of drivers to avoid using your facilities due to your total ignorance towards truck drivers at night.

30/12/22at around 3:40 a.m.I was in low fuel
I went to petrol station and guy there he said we are closed

The good thing was that it had petrol and a coffee machine.

The loo was out of order on a bank holiday Monday and I was told 'there's nothing we can do on a bank holiday' - seriously ? More like a lack of effort to find a plumber. Judging by the tracks made by people heading into the bushes behind the car park this has been going on a while. Signs out back limit you to a mean 20 minutes - barely enough time to drink the machine coffee.

Do yourselves a favour and drive to the next place.

Had to wait half an hour while cashier had his sandwiches before he would push the button to start fuel pump at 3a.m its not like he is rushed off his feet at that time, during the half hour wait not one other vehicle came in so even if he had 1 vehicle every half hour he is not exactly rushed off his feet and surely can eat inbetween customers, must be so hard pressing a button every half hour, hope he never gets a job at a busy shop! Will go to another station where open 24 hour means open 24 hour. Will go to another station in future but was too low on fuel to go to next station.
Cashier also needs retraining in customer service as his attitude was extremely poor, avoid this station at night and call at a station before or after this one.
