Worst shop please don’t buy here. The staffs are very bad and they don’t care about the customers.

I was regular at crocs but after the recent incident I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from them cause of their awful customer service. We bought from their mentioned web on insta and the size didn't fit so we were told to go and exchange in the store when we did that they charged us extra 27 in mishrif mall today on top of what we already paid!! JUST FOR EXCHANGING. not a different type or color. Exact same thing and they made us pay which was extremely frustrating. And the staff was clueless about their own website and just kept saying mam you have to pay that's the policy,i was like policy for self pickup and exchange are you kidding me!! It was just awful so wouldn't recommend at all.

There is a good selection of Crocs footwear. The wide footwear allowing ample space for feet and toes is recommended by doctors. If this is what you are looking for, it's a good place to go.
