Good facility, staff is friendly but very transient. High turn over rate for coaching. Signed for 1 year contract for both my spouse and I. My job transferred me to Dubai and I requested a refund for the remaining time left on the contract. Owner refused, said it was in the T&C of the agreement. Agreement was not provide at the time of purchase. Recommend not to sign a long term contract, seek other facilities that have more than one branch available in the uae.

Decent & clean the equipments are okay new and modern
If you are looking for boxing and cross fit classes then this is the one ..this gym has 2 floor auditorium
Ground floor is the reception
1st floor for boxing and cross fit classes
2d floor is equipped with fitness and bodybuilding machines and dumbells
***rate is bit higher than market average ****not sure why there is registration fees ?? This should be reconsider by management
My last visit was on 03DEC
I was not happy with registration fees although it was reduced to AED 50
ALSO monthly payment its way higher than annual reg. Fees
I would rather go somewhere else more affordable with same standard

Awesome gym! I have an open gym membership so I can't speak for the classes, but the coaches couldn't be nicer or more approachable. There is plenty of space, tons of equipment (including bumper plates and jerk boxes), and the temperature is always nice. They'll even turn the overhead light off so you can use the bench press without going blind! :) What really does it for me with this gym is the location. I've been able to squeeze in extra workouts as it's right down stairs from my apartment. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, heavy weights, or sweaty CrossFit, definitely check this place out!

Arena is really such a good place and well designed, however, they don’t have privacy place for women. Even if they closed the slide doors in the area specified for women but still open and not managed well.

One more thing that i don’t like is the continuous changing of coaches are really distracted and that make have not strong coaches specially for ladies in the gym.

Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The team spirit here makes it stand out and I look forward to every new session each day. The workouts are fun and the trainers spend time perfecting form and getting to know you as a cross fitter

Well situated centre for Childrens speech & language /occupational therapy. Some car parking to rear and free parking in Laurieston car park at front. Small centre but has some handy groups ongoing helpfully set up for those with disabilities as well. Staff always been top notch professional and easy going. Times vary with groups however so not available as drop in centre
