One lady in the counter is so rude, i asked for cold coffee with less ice she mad hot coffee and added ice on it, also i requested for an exchange, she blamed on me and tried to put more ice on hot coffee. What kind of a person in right mind will ask for hot coffee with ice, it was ridiculous. I was a regular customer there. I will never ever return to that place anymore.

I usually visit the shop and all staff really polite, except one lady in cash counter name Ivy. She was very rude and on my question about high price in a joke way, she replied “if you don’t like it, don’t buy then!” I was very shocked with such rudeness.

Perfect place to buy fresh and high quality groceries.

The staff is very nice and helpful.

Prices wise- a bit on a higher end but it's definitely worthy.

Love the new layout. Parking out front is less than ideal but you can always park in the back.

Nice shop, all you need. Great hot food selection and staff is attentive and helpful.
And a good selection of products that cater to the western taste.
Bit pricey, but it is a Waitrose
