The Crowne Plaza is an excellent hotel to stay, whether for a weekend visit or long-term. First, its best feature - top notch staff, truly. Food service and wait staff are often the face and front-line of the hotel's service delivery, and at this hotel they are attentive, well-trained, unfailingly polite and - as a long-term resident - they know me, remember my preferences and always have it ready. From the chef, to the waiter. Some individuals stand out; the floor staff on 5th floor is awesome! Aisha, makes wonderful cappucinos, and has a smile that can clear up the most difficult day. I don't recall the names of all, but they really make the stay first class. Location of the hotel, amazing. But really, its best feature is the amazing staff.

Overall hotel is fine.
But we were at the summer season and the rooms were very humid. The shower vent did not seem to handle the shower steam, and the room air conditioner didn’t manage to dry the air.
The rooms are clean and well kept.
Breakfast was good.
Hotel staff was kind and very helpful.
We went a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. But there’s no extra bed in the rooms. We took the twin bed and we tucked them together. Was a little crumped but did the job.

WOW Amazing location
Massive, clean, modern hotel. We booked connecting rooms with sea view and balcony to the pool.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible. The entire food from many cultures every morning no need to worry believe me you gonna like it.

While I had made several calls to IHG Diamond Support to book a night to celebrate my wife's birthday using my rewards nights', the upgrade and amenities were only sorted out upon my arrival at the hotel. Kael handled my check-in and spared me the trouble, time, and effort needed to make this stay memorable. She swiftly found me a great suite and arranged for amenities including a small cake delivered to our room. She's obviously well-trained, experienced, and professional enough to understand how to meet and exceed the expectations of guests despite how busy the hotel was.

Mr. Binod, the Concierge Team Leader wasn't any less of a professional and offered many courtesies to ensure a special b-day order is delivered on time, and has arranged to handle our luggage during our stay and upon departure promptly and efficiently. His team is superb!

My wife and I were glad to have been greeted everywhere we went across the property. This was such a pleasant stay. Thank you.

A perfect location.
Massive, clean, modern hotel with many places to eat and relax. Our room was spotless and very big with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area offers free use of clean beach towels and has changing rooms at the pool facility.

We especially enjoyed the lounge and staff always went above and beyond for us to feel as cared for as possible. A specific mention of Mara, a lounge attendant who brightened our stay by engaging with us and being incredibly knowledgeable of the hotel and area.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible. Foods from many cultures were on offer every morning including Indian, Arabic, oriental, European and American (selections of cheeses, meats, breads, English breakfast goods and sweat pastries/waffles).

The location on yas island is ideal, the shuttle works to take you around to the parks, mall and beach. Stay with Park pass per night was a massive Pro. Great value, quality 5*. best eggs I've had in the UAE, the chef made the eggs so well between stove and grill. very comfortable room. Great service. only fault and its a personal one, the pillows were too soft for me, im partial to a firmer pillow and due to my height (1.5m) I was a tad too short to comfortably reach the hot food station.

Great hotel. Loved my stay there. I was there for over six weeks.

Food excellent, plenty of great choices.

Staff were friendly and very helpful too.

Great beer and steak in the Stills bar as well.

Can’t wait to go again

The rooms are very clean and specious. Staff are very polite and helpful (ask for Mirza at the reception)
Dinner options are limited for a person looking for international food.
Room services missed to put new towels in the room every time the came for cleaning. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and is recommended.
