Team members are really nice.
Very good breakfast spread. Even though it was crowded the staff was really polite and helpful.
Concierge Savad was also very helpful.
Nice location near to the shuttle’s to the parks. Worth staying.

We arrived early at the hotel, earlier that our check in schedule and the staff are very accommodating. Rea at the reception entertained us and helped us. She made sure we are welcomed and comfortable.

We had a great experience overall!from the great staff, services and facilities ❤️❤️

Excellent hotel service and very accommodating staff. We enjoyed our stay. Room and facility are very tidy. They also send a birthday cake for my son and upgrade our room with a nice view, thanks Park Inn!☺️

Hotel is amazing, all the staff that we met were super friendly. Mainly clean room, pool and breakfast with so many options that can accommodate vegan, vegetarian and meat lovers too. I definitely recommend this hotel for your vacation stay, short stay etc. will be coming back soon

I would like to thank Park Inn Yas Island professional staff for making our stay convenient and memorable ! Special thanks to Ms. Rhea (reception manager) for her professionalism and kindness as she personally follows up with guests to make sure they are experiencing a good time and the hotel , she even followed up with us over phone for 2 days to arrange a beautiful surprise for our anniversary , she also made sure we are comfortable and followed up every single detail for our convenience , you are a star Rhea ! also Ms Mary from reception is very professional and did all the needful. another wonderful highlight during our stay is the Life-Guard team at the swimming pool !! super professional , and watching our every single detail related to the safety and convenience of guests !! for the first time i saw life-guards just standing their to do their jobs perfectly !! special thanks to Jitt and Rukash from the Life-guard team !! you guys are amazing .. Room service and Valet are nice and prompt ,the hotel is very convenient indeed and i definitely recommend it to everyone seeking an enjoyable stay at Yas Island.

Nice and clean hotel, helpful staff, quick check-in and check-out procedures. Nice view towards the golf courses and nice swimming pool.
Breakfast also was good, and basement car parking is available. Thanks to Ms. Raya.

Recently stayed here and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, great service from the staff and the location was great since we were there to visit the various theme parks. Breakfast was great with lots of variety! Biggest issue I had was the cold water wasn’t working at times but I didn’t inform the staff as I’m sure they would have taken care of it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
