No AC maintenance. Always lift issues & anyone comes in and out the building like a fish market. It's unfortunate because with better up keep of the property it would be a great place!! And chiller company is worse than 0

The common areas are very dirty, lifts and parking. Pool heating and cooling not working most of the time. The only good part is the fancy reception.

Stayed here for one month on an air BnB apartment. No Gym or Swimming pool facilities for the guests who are on air BnB. Non-co-operating security guards and receptionists.

I’m an owner at Damac marina bay and been living there for 3 years now
The tower is good, but unfortunately what is disappointing are the management of the building as since we came we and other residents been asking for a decent sidewalk that allows convenient walking for us and safety for our children so that they don’t have to walk directly on the street to reach the walk near the marina as well as an outdoor play area for kids of the tower and we’ve been promised that but it never happened. The management are not cooperative , they only want us to pay service charges despite poor services in general. The entrance of the tower is very nice that gives a high impression about the tower but I wish the really care as much for the other amenities as for the entrance , the women’s gym is pathetic actually, can be much improved , the pool is improving after multiple complaints about its cleanliness. The security in general are good but some of them lack communication skills and arrogant .
I have many great memories with my family in this tower and gave great neighbors and I wish to see real improvements happening and honest promises from management.

The whole building is poorly maintained and smells bad. Including apartments.

I complained multiple times for smell in parking area but no action.

Zero stars this building has serious drainage issue leakage in the apartment from upper floors are common overall there is always a lingering stink all over !!!
Stay away from this building period !!!
