Although FAB, the property manager, is not liable for building aesthetics, the surrounding of ramp towards the parking is excavated since over 1.5 years posing a threat to the motorists. It still looks like an underconstruction building from this point. The facility management is utterly disappointing; they have no permanent solution for any problems. Never seen the security stopping any visitor; basically, anyone can just walk in. The rats would wreck a havoc on the lower floors. The reception is unenviable, with no seatings, when it comes to other buildings of its league. Would have moved out after the 1st contract, given that shifting was easy.

Cons: The gardens and exteriors of the building are not finished, too many issues with AC temperature and humidity in the unit. The external grills and columns block daylight
Pros: large flat areas and good layouts, good disposition from manteinance team

Premium building, spacious layouts of the apartments. Surrounded by supermarkets. The only problem, the external cladding doesn't allow sunlight to properly come in the flats.

12 days to fix the room issues, through daily visit in, from their maintenance staff. You pay alot, but the doors are not closing well because they need adjustments.
One car only parking.
Weak understanding from the security.
They keep working on the roof with hammers before 9 am, during the week.
And Smart Payment collection for paying the bill are horrible.
500 aed to park your 2nd car by the police, because this building won’t offer any parking spot for your second car wife or family member?!!!
We are in Abudhabi, but this building acts if it is in an another world.

Security is very helpfull and accomodating

The building is nice, there are good facilities ( gym, swimming pool for adults, and tennis court.) But no visitor parking.
