Walked into the store this evening asking about jewelry and stones and the sales advisor only said “we don’t have!” Such a big store and he said we don’t have to anything I asked him. He was too busy on the phone in the small room talking to someone. This is very bad customer service.

I would like to thank you for having excellent service. Great service is always prior then price. Also, they gave an excellent price for solving the problem. The problem was making my ring three times smaller. From the beginning, it took to complete 3 weeks thats I put 4 stars but in the end, I solved the problem thanks to your service. I would like to thank you Mr. Abderafie el Jaouhari who gives service in the Damas Raha Mall branch. He deserves better job conditions in terms of salary.

Air miles doesn't work, exchange is not possible unless you bought it from them, which we did but they requested original receipt... unlike 2 years ago

Very bad experience. Brought a ring to resize it and the ring came with less weight than the initial drop and Damas stamp erased. During the weighing, the ring + the small piece of gold cut were weighed and the final Weight was less than the initial weight. Even don't know if the ring is the one that has been given before. Very poor job and bad service quality.
