Have to day that the staff was awesome, I needed a hard case for my guitar and they didn't have any but the staff member said he would get one for me from another store and get it to me the next day.

Special mention to the saleslady who intentionally shut me off during guitar testing.

Therefore, for the guys who like to test the guitars in this shop you better watch out for that saleswoman.

I was supposed to buy the guitar and i was so disappointed i was treated without respect as a customer.

Sadly, you lost sales that day.

Attention from the staff could be better. Although Dominic, manager of the place, was very kind. Good range of products for musicians and there's a surprisingly good Chinese classical guitar (yes, you read well).

I was a potential customer entering the shop to buy a guitar, and a piano with a potential of spending 6000 AED. The Asian sales person destroyed that in less than a minute. Prices are overpriced. Sales skills are zero.

I was going for the head and cab microdark orange amps but I couldn’t find any, i found a carlsbro evo 5 which i liked because the sound of the tubes. So i picked up a joyo metalhead pedal since it doesnt have a distortion knob...guitars are fairly priced however amps are a bit expensive, goes from 560 AED (orange crush20) I recommend this place if you’re near it.

Nice store; they didn’t have what I was looking for but the staff were friendly and the space was well stocked. They have lots of electronic drums but no acoustic ones.

They do not have an Allen key for Martin acoustic guitars. Everything else is standard.

I drove 30 minutes to get here, the shop is supposed to be open but there is only one person who took a dinner break, I waited for 15 minutes but no one came to the shop, so I drove here for nothing. I don’t recommend visiting this place because the staff is not taking their jobs seriously. I’m so angry I had to come here for nothing.
