So we had our stay at Danat last week, it was a pleasant experience except at the reception. I have booked 2 rooms and one room was not ready, Miss Angela, at the reception told me that keys for the other room will be soon brought to us, but never happened, after a while I had to get back to the lobby with kids to fetch the keys which was inconvenient when we were tired with distant travel.

Apart from that this resort is perfect and value for money, multiple swimming pool with Jacuzzi, kids play area and Garden. Rooms are neat and well maintained. I wish the team all the best.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience. The service provided by the hotel staff fell far below my expectations. Not only were they unresponsive to my needs, but they also showed a lack of professionalism.

One major issue I encountered during my stay was the excessive noise caused by children running around and being loud, which made it difficult for me to relax or get a good night's sleep. The hotel failed to address this problem effectively, resulting in a disruptive and unpleasant environment.

Furthermore, I was taken aback by the exorbitant price charged for a simple bottle of water. It is unreasonable to double the price for such a basic amenity. This type of pricing policy is not in line with fair and transparent customer service.

I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would recommend reconsidering your options before choosing this hotel, especially if you value peace and quiet, as well as fair pricing for amenities.

Spend a week here with the kids, Angela in the reception she really make my stay great by handle any requirements with her smile always on her face. Patrick very alert in handling the valet parking area make my day easy going out and in the hotel. All the staff are helpful here with no doubt. A wonderful hotel with great view to stay with your family plus pool are fun for the kids and adults.

Went with family to Danat for a night stay. Rooms were spacious and all rooms had balcony which was nice. Service was not upto the mark but ok I would say. Kids enjoyed the pool time and there is a big pool for adults as well. All together it was a good experience.

Recently stayed for couple of nights, perfect place to relax. Excellent customer service. Breakfast buffet with wide options, enjoyed dinner at Tanjore Indian restaurant.

Highly recommended for families and couples to take a break.

Nicely welcoming staff, several amenities for family, kids enjoyed the place. Swimming pool maybe crowded in the noontime but still nice for the kids.
Room furniture maybe need to be renewed but it doesn't stop us from enjoying the time. Alot of green relaxing sceneries.
One note, please keep security guard near Swimming pool all the time to maintain security for everyone.

Amazing staff and service. No doubt the location and hotel is good, but the service is what sets this hotel apart. We were five families everyone was well taken care off , the hotel kept showering us with free bees when requested. Definitely recommend!!

It's been a very good experience. Mr.
Mahmoud the Manager and Mr.Haider customer service were exemplary in attending us as guests. They are so prompt and upfront really appreciate it. Danat Al Ain is recommended for families who wish to retreat and rejuvenate in a serene atmosphere
